Refund Policy
In accordance with the article L 121-20 of the Code of consumption the customer has a 14 days deadline of retractation as from the reception by him of the ordered product. In the event that the customer has not received an order confirmation in the meantime, this withdrawal period shall be extended to three months. If the customer exercises his or her right of withdrawal, Ranieri Shop undertakes to reimburse the amounts paid without charge within a maximum of 14 days. The customer may also choose to exchange the product. In the event of withdrawal, the merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, at the sender’s expense.
