Some advice :

– Prepare the kit by laying out the accessories in front of you on the table.

– Blow your nose before performing the test.

– Sit down and keep your head straight.

– Push the swab straight down your nose without turning.

– Once at the bottom, rotate the swab shaft between your fingers.

– Pull the swab straight out of the nose and follow the instructions.

– Do not blow your nose immediately after the test to avoid bleeding.
